1964年3月生,辽宁北宁人,教授,教育学博士,中共党员。1982-1986年就读于东北师范大学教育系,1994年获东北师范大学教育学硕士学位,1998年获东北师范大学教育学博士学位,1998-2000年在南京师范大学教育科学学院博士后流动站工作。现任渤海大学副校长。
Born in March 1964, Beining, Liaoning Province, professor, doctor of education, member of the Communist Party of China. He graduated from Northeast Normal University in 1982-1986 with a master’s degree in education from Northeast Normal University in 1994 and a doctorate in education from Northeast Normal University in 1998 and a postdoctoral fellow at Nanjing Normal University in 1998-2000. He is currently Vice President of Bohai University.
