随着国家医药体制改革不断推进,医院对广大患者的服务意识越来越强,伴之而来的是,医疗市场的良性竞争也日趋激烈。当前医疗市场的竞争形式就是质量、服务、信誉、人员素质等这种综合的医院文化之间的竞争。民族医院是极其特别的社会组织,在长期的发展中慢慢形成了具有特色的人文环境、价值观念道德规范及与此相适应的思维方式和行为方式的总和的标志,对于展示民族文化精髓,传承和发扬民族文化具有不可估量的作用。因此,加强医院文化的建设工作对民族医院强化管理、提高综合实力都具有十分重要的意义。
