电力作为国家最重要的能源之一,关乎到国计民生,在国家能源管理中占据举足轻重的地位,正是由于电力能源的这种重要性、特殊性,导致了电力市场长期未引入完全性竞争,使电力企业形成了一个高度垄断型非竞争性企业。随着国有企业改革的进一步升华,加快电力企业组织变革已势在必行,以下主要针对组织变革背景下的电力企业人力资源管理转型进行具体的分析与探讨。
As one of the country’s most important energy sources, power plays an important role in the national energy management and is very important to the national energy management. It is precisely because of the importance and particularity of electric energy that the power market has not introduced complete competition for a long period of time. Power companies formed a highly monopolistic non-competitive business. With the further sublimation of the reform of state-owned enterprises, it is imperative to speed up the organizational reform of power enterprises. The following mainly analyzes and discusses the transformation of human resources management of power enterprises under the background of organizational change.
