目的:优选萸连止泻丸中吴茱萸等挥发油的提取工艺和β-环糊精包合工艺。方法:采用L_9(3~4)正交试验法,以挥发油回收率为指标,优化β-环糊精包合工艺。并通过薄层色谱和差示热分析验证包合前后挥发油成分的变化。结果:挥发油最佳提取工艺为加14倍量水,浸泡至透心,提取6h;混合挥发油3-环糊精最佳包合工艺条件为:挥发油:β-环糊精(1:8),包合温度为45℃,包合时间为45min。薄层鉴别显示包合前后挥发油主要成分前后一致。结论:优选出的工艺稳定可行。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction process of volatile oil such as Evodia rutaecarpa in Yushenglianxie Pill and the inclusion of β-cyclodextrin. Methods: The L_9 (3 ~ 4) orthogonal test was used to optimize the β-cyclodextrin inclusion process using the recovery rate of volatile oil as an index. The changes of volatile oil components before and after inclusion were verified by TLC and differential thermal analysis. Results: The optimal extraction process of volatile oil was 14 times the amount of water, soaked to the heart, extraction 6h; the best inclusion conditions of mixed volatile oil 3-cyclodextrin as follows: volatile oil: β-cyclodextrin (1: 8) Inclusion temperature is 45 ℃, inclusion time is 45min. TLC showed that the main components of volatile oil before and after inclusion consistent. Conclusion: The preferred process is stable and feasible.
