采用热压工艺合成了单相和复相 C/BAS复合材料。研究了 C/BAS复合材料的氧化行为。结果表明 ,单相 C/BAS复合材料比复相 C/BAS致密 ,这不仅导致单相复合材料的力学性能比复相的高 ,而且导致单相复合材料中纤维的氧化程度不如复相复合材料中的严重。C/BAS复合材料的显微结构由纤维层和非纤维层组成 ,纤维层中基体的致密程度比非纤维层中的低 ,氧化性气体对纤维的氧化是沿着纤维层宽度方向进行的。
Single-phase and multi-phase C / BAS composites were synthesized by hot pressing. The oxidation behavior of C / BAS composites was studied. The results show that the single-phase C / BAS composites are more dense than the multi-phase C / BAS, which not only results in the mechanical properties of the single-phase composites being higher than that of the complex phases, but also leads to the oxidation of the fibers in the single-phase composites less than that of the composite composites Seriously. The microstructure of C / BAS composites consists of a fibrous layer and a non-fibrous layer. The matrix in the fibrous layer is denser than in the non-fibrous layer. Oxidation of the fibers by the oxidizing gas proceeds along the width of the fibrous layer.
