目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶 2 (MMP 2 )和碱性成纤维生长因子 (bFGF)在子宫内膜异位症发生发展中的作用。方法 应用免疫组织化学法 (SABC法 ) ,检测 70例异位内膜组织和 30例正常子宫内膜组织 (对照组 )中MMP 2和bFGF的表达。结果 在异位内膜组和对照组中 ,MMP 2的阳性表达率分别为 71.43%和 40 .0 0 % ,强阳性表达率分别为 40 .0 0 %和 6 .6 7% (P <0 .0 1) ;bFGF的阳性表达率分别为 6 5 .71%和 40 .0 0 % ,强阳性表达率别为 2 0 .0 %和 0 %(P <0 .0 1)。而MMP 2和bFGF在卵巢子宫内膜异位症和子宫腺肌症中的阳性表达率 ,两组间差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 异位内膜组织中MMP 2的过度表达与异位内膜组织的侵袭力有关 ,bFGF与子宫内膜异位症的血管生成密切相关 ,提示MMP 2和bFGF在子宫内膜异位症的发生发展中发挥作用
Objective To investigate the role of matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP 2) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in the development of endometriosis. Methods Immunohistochemistry (SABC method) was used to detect the expression of MMP 2 and bFGF in 70 ectopic endometrial tissues and 30 normal endometrial tissues (control group). Results The positive rates of MMP-2 in ectopic endometrium and control group were 71.43% and 40.0%, respectively. The positive expression rate of MMP-2 was 40.0% and 6.76% (P <0. .0 1). The positive expression rate of bFGF was 65.71% and 40.0%, respectively. The positive rate of bFGF was 20.0% and 0% respectively (P <0.01). The positive rates of MMP 2 and bFGF in ovarian endometriosis and adenomyosis were not significantly different between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions The overexpression of MMP 2 in ectopic endometrium is related to the invasiveness of ectopic endometrial tissue. BFGF is closely related to the angiogenesis of endometriosis, suggesting that MMP 2 and bFGF may play an important role in endometriosis Play a role in development
