目的:早期干预治疗新生儿窒息并发肾功能损害。方法对本院1999年5月~2004年4月新生儿窒息并发肾功能损害的25例患儿早期给予小剂量多巴胺2~4μg/(Kg?min)治疗,并进行临床分析。结果入院后24小时内抽血查血肌酐、尿素氮,确诊为肾功能损害。重度窒息血肌酐、尿素氮平均值均明显高于轻度窒息组,可见新生儿窒息对肾功能的影响程度与Apgar评分相关。Apgar评分越低,肾功能损害越严重。结论血肌酐、尿素氮检查,对早期干预新生儿窒息并发肾功能损害至关重要。
Objective: Early intervention in the treatment of neonatal asphyxia complicated by renal dysfunction. Methods 25 cases of neonatal asphyxia complicated with renal dysfunction in our hospital from May 1999 to April 2004 were treated with 2 ~ 4μg / (Kg? Min) of small dose of dopamine early and were analyzed clinically. Results Blood samples were collected within 24 hours after admission to check serum creatinine and urea nitrogen and diagnosed as renal dysfunction. Severe asphyxia, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen were significantly higher than the average asphyxia group, showing neonatal asphyxia on the degree of renal function and Apgar score. The lower the Apgar score, the worse the renal impairment. Conclusion Serum creatinine and urea nitrogen examination are essential for the early intervention of neonatal asphyxia with renal dysfunction.
