改变二乙醇酸(DGA)的添加量和聚丁二酸丁二醇酯PBS缩合聚合,得到了数均分子质量达6.5万以上的P(BS-co-DGA)二元无规共聚物。使用核磁共振表征了共聚物的化学结构,根据不同DGA的添加量对共聚物的相对分子质量、热性质、力学性能、降解性的影响等进行了研究。结果表明:P(BS-co-DGA)共聚物在较短的反应时间内具有相对高的数均分子质量,分子量分布在2左右;随着DGA添加量的增加,共聚物的Tm和△Hm呈降低趋势;但是所有共聚物的热稳定性没有大的改变,热分解温度均在300℃以上;DGA添加量为2%时在堆肥中的降解速度最快。
P (BS-co-DGA) binary random copolymer with number average molecular weight of more than 65000 was obtained by changing the amount of DGA and PBS polybutylene succinate. The chemical structure of the copolymers was characterized by 1H NMR and the molecular weight, thermal properties, mechanical properties and degradability of the copolymers were investigated according to the amount of DGA added. The results showed that the copolymer of P (BS-co-DGA) had a relatively high number-average molecular mass in short reaction time and the molecular weight distribution was about 2. With the addition of DGA, the copolymer Tm and △ Hm However, the thermal stability of all the copolymers did not change much. The thermal decomposition temperature was above 300 ℃. The degradation rate of composites was the fastest at 2% DGA.
