王东京同志现任中共中央党校经济学部副主任,系博士生导师、教授,著述颇丰。他在给我刊发来的《关于扩大内需的几点政策建议》一文中详谈了他的几个观点,即扩大内需:政府要有所为有所不为;拉动投资:减税是必选之策;拉动消费:增加收入是有效法门。他用经济学家的眼光理性地分析现实问题,文章朴实,深入浅出,在科学严谨的同时,又不乏诙谐。此文实值得拜读。 Comrade Wang Dongjing is currently the deputy director of the Department of Economics of the Central Party School of the Communist Party of China, a doctoral tutor, professor, and his works are quite good.
