84例早期DN患者随机分成对照组和α-硫辛酸治疗组。对照组43例给予降糖、降脂、降压、糖尿病优质低蛋白饮食等常规治疗。治疗组41例在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用α-硫辛酸600mg,静脉滴注,qd,14天为1个疗程。治疗结束后,比较治疗前后2组的疗效及Cys-C、尿β2-MG、UAER的变化。结果:与对照组及治疗组治疗前相比,α-硫辛酸治疗组治疗后,患者UAER、Cys-C、尿β2-MG均有显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:α-硫辛酸通过抑制氧化应激反应,显著降低DN患者的UAER、Cys-C、尿β2-MG,对早期糖尿病肾病有保护作用。
84 patients with early DN were randomly divided into control group and α-lipoic acid treatment group. The control group of 43 cases given hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering, antihypertensive, high-quality low-protein diet and other routine diabetes treatment. In the treatment group, 41 cases were given α-lipoic acid 600 mg on the basis of the conventional treatment in the control group, intravenous drip, qd, 14 days for a course of treatment. After treatment, the curative effect and changes of Cys-C, urinary β2-MG and UAER were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: The levels of UAER, Cys-C and urinary β2-MG in the α-lipoic acid treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group and the treatment group before treatment (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Alpha-lipoic acid can significantly reduce UAER, Cys-C and urinary β2-MG in DN patients by inhibiting oxidative stress, which may have a protective effect on early diabetic nephropathy.
