中国国家博物馆藏文物精品展《国家宝藏》,作为全国巡回展的第八站亦即最后一站,于2009年6月24日至8月31日在辽宁省博物馆展出。展品中有九件玉器,其制作时间从新石器时代延续至隋代,这些玉器有一个共同特点,即基本上是作为随葬品从古墓中出土的。为了帮助观众更好地欣赏和品读这些玉器,笔者从玉器的文化背景及其殓葬功能的角度,对它们略作解读。
National Museum of China Collection of Treasures, “National Treasure,” is the 8th and the last stop of the nationwide roving exhibition and was exhibited at the Liaoning Provincial Museum from June 24 to August 31, 2009. There are nine pieces of jade in the exhibits, and their production time extends from the Neolithic Age to the Sui Dynasty. These jade articles have one common feature that they are basically unearthed from tombs as funerary objects. In order to help the audience better appreciate and read these jade articles, the author interprets them from the perspective of their cultural background and their funeral functions.
