本文试图在有中国特色的社会主义理论指导下，探索有民族和时代特色的中国伦理观。这种伦理观的民族特色表现为：儒家伦理价值观宜发扬光大，不宜完全为西方价值观所取代，两者之间没有可比性，各有其适合发展的土壤；时代特色表现为：市场经济伦理有其自身的特点，其表征为诚信、自由与公平、彰显个体价值。
