为提高水力机械转轮叶片设计与加工的准确性,针对传统工程图中采用二维木模图表示的叶片与生产实体存在不一致且不能满足数字化设计与制造的要求,基于目前广泛应用的三维造型软件及造型方法的比较分析,提出了转轮叶片的变量技术造型方法。通过设计实例得到了木模图表示的真实准确的三维叶片,表明变量化造型技术的应用及水力机械转轮叶片数字化建模可明显提高叶片实体精度,为水力机械CAM实现、内部流场的数值模拟及性能预测提供了实际应用参考价值。
In order to improve the accuracy of the design and processing of the blades of hydraulic machinery, aiming at the inconsistencies between the blades and the production entities in the traditional engineering drawing, which are represented by two-dimensional wood model diagrams, and can not meet the requirements of digital design and manufacture, based on the widely used three- Software and modeling methods of comparative analysis, put forward the rotor blade variable technology modeling method.
