多发性骨髓瘤(MM)是一种较少见的浆细胞恶性增殖病。浆细胞恶性增生可导致患者血清中出现大量而均一的某一种类Ig(M蛋白),浓度可达2g%以上,而其余各类Ig降低或保持正常低值。我们用醋酸纤维膜电泳和免疫电泳进行了试验,前一方法可以定量,但灵敏度不高,后一种方法灵敏度高,可以查出前者不能反应出来的异常免疫球蛋白,包括单细胞系异常Ig、多细胞系Ig及免疫缺陷病。MM属于单细胞系异常1g之一。我院在1985—1986年遇到两例,报道如下:
