在分析汽车齿轮锻坯原始金相组织和成因的基础上,比较系统地研究了汽车齿轮锻坯正火后异常组织的形貌和成因。以理论和实践相结合的方式,提出几种典型预防产生异常组织的热处理工艺方案,并对这些方案的利弊及适用范围进行了论述、重点阐述了高温形变和锻造余热等温退火的工艺参数之间的关系。
Based on the analysis of the original microstructure and genesis of automotive gear preform, the morphology and genesis of abnormal structure of automotive gear preform were systematically studied. In the way of combination of theory and practice, several typical heat treatment process schemes for preventing abnormal tissue are proposed. The advantages and disadvantages of these schemes and their applicable scope are discussed. The process parameters of high temperature deformation and forging residual heat areothermal annealing are elaborated. Relationship.
