对105例大脑发育不全的CT表现进行分析。结果示一侧大脑发育不全25例,表现为同侧脑室代偿性增大,中线结构向患侧移位,可伴有同侧颅壁增厚,岩骨及蝶骨大翼上升。两侧轻度大脑发育不全41例,表现为纵裂增宽或伴有两侧脑室的轻度增大,亦可为单纯脑室轻度增大。中度以上两侧大脑发育不全35例,表现为两侧脑室对称性均匀增大或两半球各叶脑室不同程度的不均匀之代偿性增大。两侧重度大脑发育不全4例,表现为两侧脑质纸样菲薄或不发育,整个颅腔为充满脑积液之膜性囊腔或仅有少许枕叶、基底节、脑干、小脑存在。
The CT findings of 105 cases of hypoplasia were analyzed. The results showed that one side of the brain hypoplasia in 25 cases, manifested as ipsilateral ventricular compensatory increase in the midline structure to the affected side shift can be accompanied by ipsilateral cranial wall thickening, rock bone and sphenoid wing rise. 41 cases of mild cerebral hypoplasia on both sides, manifested as widened longitudinal lobe or accompanied by mild increases in both ventricles, but also for simple mild ventricular enlargement. Moderate or more than two sides of the brain hypoplasia in 35 cases, showing an even increase in bilateral symmetry of both ventricles of the two hemispheres of the leaves of varying degrees of non-uniform compensatory increase. Two cases of severe cerebral hypoplasia on both sides of the performance of bilateral mesencephalon pattern meager or not developed, the entire cranial cavity is filled with brain membrane membranous cysts or only a few occipital lobe, basal ganglia, brainstem, cerebellum.
