针对海上作业的特殊性,提出了一种新型分层变压吸附法进行天然气净化,可以在CH4/CO2/N2三组分粗合成气中富集CH4气体。该变压吸附过程在传统方法的基础上,将吸附床分为两层,第一层以活性炭为吸附剂用以去除CO2杂质,第二层以分子筛为吸附剂用以去除N2杂质。运用Aspen adsorption软件对变压吸附过程进行模拟。模拟结果表明,经过双层变压吸附后,CH4产品气的纯度达到98.7%,产气回收率为89%。
Aiming at the peculiarity of offshore operation, a new type of stratified pressure swing adsorption method is proposed for natural gas purification, which can enrich CH4 gas in CH4 / CO2 / N2 three-component crude syngas. The pressure swing adsorption process based on the traditional method, the adsorption bed is divided into two layers, the first layer of activated carbon as adsorbent to remove CO2 impurities, the second layer of molecular sieve as adsorbent to remove N2 impurities. Aspen adsorption software was used to simulate the pressure swing adsorption process. The simulation results show that after double pressure swing adsorption, the purity of CH4 product gas reaches 98.7% and the gas recovery rate is 89%.
