为了准确计算管内胶凝原油启动屈服应力,进而预测管内凝油启动过程所需压力,以管流环道试验为基础,分析控制流量启动过程中环道沿线的压力变化,重新定义环道内胶凝原油启动屈服应力,并提出相应的计算方法。将环道内胶凝原油启动屈服应力定义为:在某一特定启动流量下,试验环道全线初始启动时刻,环道末端凝油所受的管壁剪切应力。同时,利用多项式拟合获得初始启动时刻沿线压力表达式,对表达式在环道末端极限位置求导计算环道内凝油启动屈服应力,物理意义明确。
