ERCC1酶是一种以异二聚体形式与XPF共同作用于损伤DNA的内切酶,目前研究表明它与多种DNA损伤修复相关,ERCC1的缺陷导致损伤的积累进而导致衰老的产生。本文在具体描述ERCC1酶所作用的相关途径,联系其相关作用指出其缺陷造成的相关表型,并对于ERCC1酶目前在国内外的研究手段和研究进展作了详细的报道,就其在临床的应用价值作了初步的探讨与展望。
The ERCC1 enzyme is a heteroduplex that interacts with XPF in damaging DNA. It has been shown that ERCC1 is involved in various DNA damage repair processes. The deficiency of ERCC1 leads to the accumulation of damage which leads to the generation of aging.
