目的评价海南省AEFI监测系统运转质量,指导AEFI调查处置工作。方法通过全省AEFI监测系统收集2011年AEFI个案资料,采用描述流行病学分析方法对个案病例的流行病学特征进行分析。结果 2011年全省18个市县共报告AEFI病例1019例,报告发生率2.60/万剂,市县报告覆盖率100%,AEFI病例48小时内及时报告率和及时调查率分别为94.50%和98.82%。AEFI分类一般反应占70.17%,异常反应占25.71%,其他反应占4.12%。异常反应主要以过敏性皮疹、卡介苗淋巴结炎和荨麻疹为主,占85.87%。AEFI病例中接种后≤1天发生者占80.18%。结论海南省AEFI监测系统维持较高敏感性,病例报告、调查和处置等监测指标均达到国家要求,有待进一步加强接种技能培训,接种前告知和接种后留观等措施。
Objective To evaluate the operation quality of AEFI monitoring system in Hainan Province and guide AEFI investigation and disposal work. Methods The data of AEFI cases in 2011 were collected through the provincial AEFI monitoring system and the epidemiological characteristics of cases were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological analysis. Results In 2011, 1019 AEFI cases were reported in 18 cities and counties across the province, with a reported incidence of 2.60 per 10,000 doses. The reported coverage rate of cities and counties was 100%. The timely reporting rate and timely investigation rate within 48 hours of AEFI cases were 94.50% and 98.82, respectively %. AEFI classification of the general reaction accounted for 70.17%, anomalous reactions accounted for 25.71%, other reactions accounted for 4.12%. Abnormal reaction mainly allergic rash, BCG and urticaria mainly accounted for 85.87%. AEFI cases occurred in less than 1 day after inoculation accounted for 80.18%. Conclusion The AEFI monitoring system in Hainan Province maintains a high sensitivity. Surveillance indicators such as case reports, surveys and disposal meet the national requirements and need to be further strengthened in training in vaccination skills, notification before inoculation and observation after vaccination.
