目的了解夹江县健康人群流行性脑脊髓膜炎(简称流脑)带菌状况、菌群分布及免疫水平,为预测流脑发病趋势、合理制定流脑防控措施提供依据。方法根据四川省流脑监测方案,2006-2008年采集6个年龄组健康人群的咽拭子与静脉血,咽拭子接种双抗巧克力琼脂进行脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Nm)分离培养、鉴定;血清应用间接酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)进行A群、C群脑膜炎奈瑟菌IgG抗体水平检测。结果共采集540份健康人群咽拭子,分离出13株B群脑膜炎奈瑟菌,带菌率为2.4%(13/540);健康人群A群抗体平均保护率为75.4%,2006-2007年各年龄组人群抗体保护率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2008年不同年龄组差异有统计学意义;2007-2008年C群抗体总保护率为27.2%,各年龄组人群抗体保护差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论夹江县健康人群带菌均为B群脑膜炎奈瑟菌,带菌率较低;A群抗体保护率维持在中等水平,C群抗体保护率处在低水平。
Objective To understand the prevalence, flora distribution and immunization status of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis (MC) in healthy population in Jiajiang County, and to provide basis for predicting the trend of ECM and establishing the prevention and control measures of MC. Methods Throat swabs and venous blood from 6 healthy age groups were collected from 2006 to 2008 according to the meningitis monitoring program in Sichuan Province. Double antibody anti-chocolate agar was inoculated in throat swabs for isolation and identification of Neisseria meningitides (Nm) Serum samples of group A and group C Neisseria meningitidis IgG were detected by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results Throat swabs were collected from 540 healthy people and 13 strains of Neisseria meningitidis group B were isolated. The infection rate was 2.4% (13/540). The average protection rate of group A antibody was 75.4% in 2006-2007 There was no significant difference in antibody protection rate among all age groups (P> 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant in different age groups in 2008; the total protection rate of antibody in group C was 27.2% in 2007-2008, the difference of antibody protection in all age groups No statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion Neisseria meningitidis group B was carried in healthy population of Jiajiang County with a low carrier rate. The antibody protection rate of group A was maintained at a moderate level and the antibody protection rate of group C was at a low level.
