江垭大坝位于湖南省慈利县境内澧水支流娄水上,是一座128 m 高,砼总量132万 m~3的全断面碾压砼(RCC)坝。碾压砼施工中,在岸坡岩面、结构物、模板、止水周边等变态砼及局部碾压垫层需用大量水泥浆灌注。这种水泥浆必须掺用缓凝型外加剂和确保质量均匀的集中制浆站制备。集中制浆站的制浆能力为6 m~3/h,采用工业电视半自动集中控制。由于江垭大坝坝址处于峡谷中,为了控制整个施工过程,集中制浆站建于左岸坝顶。输浆管路沿左岸坡布置,高差大、转折多,设计中遇到的突出问题是出浆阀的结构形式及管路冲洗系统的布置。本文介绍一下江垭变态砼集中制浆站两个问题的处理方法。
