本文概述了国内外一些土壤有效氮测定方法的应用情况,并选择了九种土壤有效氮指标,连续两年研究了它们反映河北平原褐土、潮土两类土壤供氮能力的效果.结果表明:土壤有机质、全氮、淹水培养矿化氮、培养蒸馏氮、碱性高锰酸钾蒸馏氮、NO_2~-—N、N_(min)以及两种扩散法碱解氮等单项指标与无氮处理作物吸氮量的相关性均达1%显著水平,但预测土壤供氮量的能力(r~2×100)相差很大.若将NO_3~--N计入培养法、碱性KMnO-4法及碱解扩散法的测定结果,可以显著提高这些指标对相关变量的决定系数.本文还详细分析了各种有效氮检出量与土壤供氮量的关系,以期为河北平原土壤有效氮测定方法的确定提供依据.
This paper summarizes the application of some methods of soil available nitrogen determination at home and abroad, and selects nine kinds of soil available nitrogen indicators, and studies them for two consecutive years to study the effect of them on the nitrogen supply capacity of two types of soils, : Soil organic matter, total nitrogen, submerged culture mineralized nitrogen, cultivated distillation nitrogen, alkaline potassium permanganate distillation nitrogen, NO_2 ~ - N, N min and two kinds of diffusion method of alkaline nitrogen and other single indicators and no Nitrogen uptake by crops increased by 1%, but the ability of predicting soil nitrogen supply (r ~ 2 × 100) had a great difference.If NO_3 ~ --N was included in culture method, alkaline KMnO -4 method and alkali hydrolysis method can significantly improve the determination coefficient of these indicators on the relevant variables.This paper also detailed analysis of the relationship between the amount of available nitrogen and soil nitrogen supply in order to Hebei soil is effective Nitrogen determination method to determine the basis.
