王师儒,辽朝晚期的重要汉臣,道宗朝内著名文人,外交活动家,曾两任天祚帝的汉学老师。其墓志于1957年在北京市海淀区复兴门外公主坟北出土,本文据墓志,并参考文献和其他辽代碑志资料,对王师儒的生平、家世及重要活动考释如下,以求教正。 Wang Shuru, an important Han courter in the late Liao Dynasty, a famous scholar and diplomat in Daozong Dynasty, and a Sinology teacher who had served as both emperor. Its epitaph was unearthed in the northern part of Princess Tomb outside Fuxingmen, Haidian District, Beijing in 1957. Based on the epitaphs, references and other documents from the Liao Dynasty, this essay examines the life, family background and important activities of Wang Shiru as follows.
