Italy is a big country of translation. Of the 20,000 books published a year, translated works account for one third of the total, of which 99% are new translations and nearly half are English books. Why Italy so fancy translation of the book? In fact, nothing more than publishing house from its own interests to consider the result. Because of the risk of publishing works by national writers who do not know whether or not they can make a profit, it is not as good as publishing the works of foreign authors who have already been rated. So a book review magazine in Italy said: “Without a translator, the publishing world of Italy had to go down.” Translators are so favored in this country.
