一、引言盐浴软氮化工艺(实质上是盐浴氮碳共渗工艺)最早是西德德古沙公司在五十年代发明的。此后,经过不断完善。它具有渗氮速度快、处理时间短、工件变形小、化合物层厚度较薄、韧性好、盐浴无毒等特点,因而在西欧、日美等发达国家得到了广泛应用。二、盐浴软氮化新工艺发展过程该工艺传到美国、日本后,通过改进,才形成目前的第三代工艺。 1、第一代工艺——Tufftride—→WQ(水冷) 该工艺称Tufftride。工艺过程见图
