本文提出利用矿山酸性污水作为受大量石灰抑制黄铁矿的复活剂,对含铜黄铁矿采用优先浮铜的矿山,解决矿山酸性污水治理及黄铁矿的复活问题是一个好办法。文章认为,黄铁矿的复活与矿浆pH是无关紧要的,复活机理主要是硫酸根与钙离子作用生成硫酸钙,解除了其表面对钙离子的吸着而使之恢复浮游性。试验证明,用石灰40公斤/吨为抑制选铜后的九江铜硫矿,浮铜尾矿经浓缩脱水后以2米~3/吨的矿山酸性污水稀释浮选黄铁矿效果很好。
