1.转速不稳一台S195柴油机转速不稳。转速缓慢上升,又缓慢下降,反复一次约半分钟,这种现象是在更换新柱塞后发生的。当即拆下高压油泵检查,柱塞球柄活动发滞,以为是柱塞套筒稳钉和出油阀紧座安装不当所致。便松开稳钉和紧座,结果柱塞球柄仍不能灵活转动。进一步检查,发现调整垫块压死了柱塞尾部,滚轮衬套不能与弹簧下座接触,由于弹簧下座对柱塞产生压力,柱塞球柄便不能自由转动,出现转速不稳。为什么调整垫块会压死柱塞的尾端呢?原来新柱
