本文研究建立了石墨探针直接收集,石墨探针炉原子吸收光谱法测定大气微粒物质中痕量有害元素(银、铅、镉、锰)的新分析方法。石墨探针收集效率95%以上,回收率90.15%~107.3%,特征量(1%吸收)2.48~44.00pg,检测限(3σ)1.86~48.36pg,相对标准偏差2.06%~3.92%,平均每30分钟采集/分析一个APM样品,分析成本大为降低,证明本方法准确、灵敏、快速、经济。
In this paper, a new method for the determination of trace harmful elements (silver, lead, cadmium, manganese) in airborne particulate matter by graphite probe furnace atomic absorption spectrometry has been established. The collection efficiency of graphite probe was above 95%, the recovery rate was 90.15% ~ 107.3%, the characteristic value (1% absorption) was 2.48 ~ 44.00pg, the detection limit (3σ) was 1.86 ~ 48.36pg, The standard deviation of 2.06% ~ 3.92%, the average every 30 minutes to collect / analyze an APM sample, the analysis cost is greatly reduced, proves that the method is accurate, sensitive, fast and economical.
