中国振动工程学会第四届常务理事会第五次(扩大)会议,于2003年8月6～7日在学会挂靠单位南京航空航天大学召开。学会理事长闻邦椿院士,副理事长胡海岩教授、郑兆昌教授主持了会议。这次会议的中心议题是筹备第五次全国会员代表大会和理事会换届事宜。经与会常务理事和代表认真讨论、民主协商,就有关问题达成了共识。会议决定:(1)于2003年11月25日～28日在上海同济大学召开第五次全国会员代
China Vibration Engineering Society of the fourth executive director of the Fifth (enlarged) meeting, in August 2003 6 to 7 days in the learning unit affiliated Nanjing University of Aeronautics held. Academician Wen Bangchun academicians, vice president Professor Hu Haiyan, Professor Zheng Zhao Chang chaired the meeting. The central issue of this meeting is to prepare for the Fifth National Congress of the members and the council changes. After the standing directors and representatives seriously discussed and conducted democratic consultation, they reached a consensus on the relevant issues.
