简述了溪洛渡、向家坝水电站的基本情况.针对长江中下游支流众多、洪水组成复杂的洪水特性,选取多种典型洪水进行长江中下游整体设计洪水的设计.阐述了三峡水库的防洪调度方式,并分析了溪洛渡、向家坝与三峡水库的联合调度方式,采用溪洛渡、向家坝与三峡水库联合调度和中下游江湖洪水演进数学模型,通过计算溪洛渡、向家坝水电站建成前后长江中下游遇不同频率洪水河道超额洪量的变化,分析溪洛渡、向家坝水电站对长江中下游的防洪作用.研究表明,三峡工程建成后,溪洛渡、向家坝水电站的建成将进一步减少长江中下游遇大洪水时的超额洪量,进一步改善长江中下游防洪形势.
