目的 观测哈磁五行针对飞行人员甲皱微循环的影响。方法 采用随机对照前瞻性研究方法 ,共观察健康飞行人员 2 2 6例 ,实验组 1 1 3例 ,予哈磁五行针针内关 (N极 )、外关 (S极 ) ,曲泽 (N极 )及足三里 (S极 ) ;对照组予永磁片贴敷上述穴位 ;二组均为每天 1次 ,每次 2 0分钟 ,1 0天 1个疗程 ,共 2 0次 (中间间隔 1天 )。在受试前后各观测甲皱微循环 1次。结果 实验组微血流速度加快 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;开放的微血管数明显增加 (P <0 .0 5) ,红细胞聚集明显减少 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 哈磁五行针针穴位可减少飞行人员的微循环变异 ,改善其微循环状态。
Objective To observe the influence of Ha-li five elements on the nail crest microcirculation of pilots. Methods A prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted. A total of 226 healthy flight personnel and 113 control subjects were enrolled in this study. A total of 113 healthy subjects, including N pole, S pole, (Pole) and Zusanli (S pole). The control group was treated with permanent magnetic patches and the acupoints were applied. The two groups were given once daily for 20 minutes and 10 days for 1 course, 20 times in total day). Before and after the test observation of microcirculation 1 times. Results The velocity of micro-blood flow in the experimental group was increased (P <0.01), the number of microvessels was significantly increased (P <0.05), and the erythrocyte aggregation was significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusions The acupuncture point of Ha-magnetic five-element can reduce microcirculation variation of pilots and improve the microcirculation state.
