建立了基于人工神经网络 (ANN)的钛合金 YAG激光焊接工艺参数优化模型。以大功率 YAG激光焊接工艺及结果对模型进行学习训练 ,结果表明所建 ANN模型具有较好的自学习和预测能力。ANN模型可以根据工艺参数准确地预测焊缝形状 ;或根据焊缝形状要求 ,选择激光焊接工艺参数。
An optimization model of YAG laser welding process parameters based on artificial neural network (ANN) was established. The high-power YAG laser welding process and the results of the model learning and training, the results show that the ANN model has good self-learning and predictive ability. The ANN model can accurately predict the shape of the weld according to the process parameters, or select the laser welding process parameters according to the weld shape requirements.
