本实验采用叶鞘接种法研究稻瘟病菌侵染初期的组织病理学。结果表明:在亲和或不亲和组合中,孢子萌发、附着胞形成无差异;但由孢子侵染产生的五种病理反应类型所占比例迥然不同,且发生病理反应的时间早迟不一。水稻叶鞘细胞颗粒化的出现。质壁分离能力的丧失和18小时细胞膜透性的变化与品种抗性呈正相关,96小时叶鞘细胞内菌丝伸长度平均值与叶片接种、苗期和穗期接种的抗性分级呈显著负相关。籼、粳稻在稻瘟病菌侵入后,细胞的反应有一定差异。
In this experiment, leaf sheath inoculation method was used to study the histopathology of Magnaporthe grisea in the early stage of infection. The results showed that there was no difference in spore germination and adherent cell formation in both affinity and incompatibility combinations. However, the proportion of the five pathological types caused by spore infection was very different, and the pathological reaction time was late . The emergence of rice leaf sheath cell granulation. The loss of plasmolysis and the change of cell membrane permeability at 18 hours were positively correlated with variety resistance, and the average value of mycelium elongation in leaf sheath cells at 96 hours had a significant negative correlation with the resistance grade of inoculation, seedling and ear inoculation .
