目的 研究泡利芬对红细胞膜稳定性及红细胞寿命的影响。方法 采用整体和离体水平相结合的红细胞渗透性脆性实验方法。结果 不同受试组小鼠红细胞在低渗氯化钠溶液中的溶血百分率存在明显差异 (P<0 0 5) ; 在四种不同受试剂的 NH4Cl溶液中 ,兔红细胞数明显不同 ,差异具有显著性意义 (P<0 0 5) ,且随着泡利芬浓度的增高 ,离体兔红细胞被溶解的数量明显减少 ,红细胞数明显增加 ,表现出泡利芬对红细胞的保护性呈明显的浓度依赖性 ,同时 ,离体兔红细胞的溶血起、止时间也明显延长 (P<0 0 1 )。结论 泡利芬具有延长红细胞寿命 ,增强红细胞膜稳定性 ,延缓衰老的作用。
Objective To study the effects of the extract of ribofenim on the stability of erythrocyte membrane and the life span of erythrocytes. Methods The erythrocyte permeability fragility test method was used in combination with whole body and in vitro level. Results The percentages of hemolysis of red blood cells in hypotonic sodium chloride solution were significantly different among different tested groups (P <0.05). The numbers of erythrocytes in NH4Cl solution of four different reagents were significantly different, the difference was significant (P <0.05). With the increase of the concentration of bleb, the number of isolated red blood cells in rabbits decreased significantly, the number of erythrocytes increased significantly, and the protective effect of the moxibustion on erythrocytes showed a significant concentration Dependent, at the same time, the hemolysis of isolated rabbit erythrocytes was significantly prolonged (P <0.01). Conclusion: Ribofumin has the effect of prolonging the life span of erythrocytes, enhancing the stability of erythrocyte membrane and delaying the aging.
