1983年开始我院应用 olympus GIF-D_4,GIF-k_3,GIF XQ30型胃镜,共检查4877例,检查发现39种疾病,现将其资料总结分析如下:一、临床资料:在4877例胃镜检查中男3837例,女1040例,男女之比为3.68:1,年龄最小17岁,最大73岁,以29～55岁最多,占76.5%。病理活检人数2090例,占胃镜检查总人数的42.85%,发生并发症者2例,占0.04%,其中有下颌关节脱臼1例,上消化道
