患者,女性,49岁。2011年2月发现卵巢占位就诊来我院治疗。各种相关检查后考虑卵巢癌,行卵巢癌根治术。术后病理结果提示,浆液性乳头状癌,分期为ⅢA期。术后患者采用紫杉醇与顺铂联合化疗,6个疗程。化疗期间及化疗结束后6个月规律口服复方斑蝥胶囊0.75 g,每天2次。6个月中,定期复查癌胚抗原(CEA)、CA-125、妇科彩超、浅表淋巴结彩超、盆腔CT、胸部X线片均未发现复发转移。我们体会,复方斑蝥胶囊具有破血消瘀、攻毒蚀疮作用。 Patient, female, 49 years old. 2011 February ovarian occupancy treatment to our hospital. We realize that compound cantharidin capsules have the role of blood stasis and blood stasis.
