许多工业部门在测量腐蚀介质压力时,往往由于材料被腐蚀,致使仪表不能长期正常运转。3YC21合金系由重庆仪表材料研究所研制的耐氯离子腐蚀材料。本文分析了该材料的性能数据,应用该合金片材制成φ21外径焊接波纹管进行的性能测试表明,它与液压成型波纹管比较具有线性好,刚度小,有效面积稳定等优点。用这种焊接波纹管制造电动Ⅲ型压力变送器进行技术性能测试的数据表明:整机技术性能指标符
Many industrial departments in the measurement of corrosive media pressure, often due to corrosion of the material, resulting in the instrument can not be long-term normal operation. 3YC21 alloy by Chongqing Instrument Materials Institute developed chloride ion corrosion resistant materials.
