AD651是美国模拟器件公司近期推出的单片同步V/F转换器,它采用外部时钟设定输出满度频率,在线性度和稳定性方面远远优于其他VFC。转换精度,不受外部时钟频率变化影响;外围只需一个要求不高的积分电容,连线简单;集电极开路输出,驱动能力强。目前,AD651在8031单片机中低速系统中得到了广泛应用。一、AD651的引脚排列及功能 AD651采用双列直插式16个脚陶瓷浸渍封装,引脚排列如图1所示。各引脚定义如下:V~+、V~-电源端,双电源工作时电源电压范围为±6~±18V,单电源工作时为+12~+36V(V~-=0V);OFFSET为积分器外接调需端;INT—INT~+为积分器反相和同相输入端;INT OUT
The AD651, a recently introduced monolithic synchronous V / F converter from Analog Devices in the United States, uses an external clock to set the full-scale output frequency and outperforms other VFCs in terms of linearity and stability. Conversion accuracy, free from the impact of changes in the external clock frequency; the periphery only requires a less integrated capacitor, the connection is simple; open collector output, strong driving ability.
