构建交通运输行业试验检测设备的计量管理体系将是一个系统工程,需要从全局和部分2个层面进行研究分析。应当以优化结构的方法,选取管理体系构架中的基本层面及其关键要素作为牵动全局的调节杠杆。因此,系统地研究识别其间的关键要素以及各要素与要素群组的关联性,是提升设备计量管理综合水平的重要途径。
It will be a systematic project to build a metrological management system for test and test equipment in the transportation industry. Research and analysis will need to be conducted from the global and part of the two levels. The method of optimizing the structure should be adopted to select the basic level and its key elements in the management system framework as the adjusting lever that affects the whole world. Therefore, systematically studying and identifying the key elements and the correlation between each element and the element group is an important way to enhance the comprehensive level of the instrument measurement management.
