普鲁士蓝是由亚铁氰化钾和三氯化铁反应后产生。在反应过程中,能见度和颜色会立刻转变。普鲁士蓝是经典的配合物。其配体为六个氰基,中心离子为二价铁离子。在维持人体生命活动的过程中,过氧化物酶(Perxidase),是广泛存在于需氧微生物或动植物体内的一类氧化还原酶,它以血红素为辅基,是参与生物体内生理代谢的一种十分重要的天然酶。在机体内,保持正常生理水平的过氧化氢或者自由基是十分重要的,当机体内自由基的量增加或者清除自由基的能力降低时,就会对人体产生伤害。许多疾病,比如关节炎,癌症等等都与自由基有着密切的关系,所以利用过氧化物酶,针对过氧化氢或者自由基的含量以及变化,来研究生物体内所发生的反应就很重要了。

In the body, to maintain the normal physiological level of hydrogen peroxide or free radicals is very important, as the body increases the amount of free radicals or reduce the ability of free radicals, it will cause harm to the human body. Many diseases, such as arthritis, cancer and so on are closely related to free radicals. Therefore, it is very important to study the reactions that take place in organisms by using peroxidase in response to the content and changes of hydrogen peroxide or free radicals .
