目的:探讨八段锦功能锻炼对老年慢性膝骨关节炎患者运动能力、自我管理效能的影响。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年6月在宁波市中医院就诊的老年慢性膝骨关节炎患者120例,按随机数字表法随机分为对照组和试验组各60例。对照组予以常规功能锻炼,试验组则应用八段锦进行锻炼。3个月后比较两组患者锻炼前后的股四头肌等速肌力(包括峰力矩和平均功率);锻炼后采用简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FM)测定运动能力,一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评定自我管理效能。结果:120例患者共脱落11例,最终对照组纳入54例,试验组55例。锻炼后试验组的股四头肌峰力矩和平均功率均显著高于对照组[(75.5±5.4)比(68.9±5.6)N·m,(73.9±2.0)比(68.3±4.4)W](均n P<0.001),FM中下肢部分评分、GSES评分也均显著高于对照组[(24.3±2.9)比(22.1±2.6)分、(3.1±0.4)比(2.7±0.4)分](均n P<0.001)。n 结论:八段锦功能锻炼可改善老年慢性膝骨关节炎患者的运动能力和自我管理效能。“,”Objective:To explore the effect of Baduanjin functional exercise on the motor ability and self-management of the elderly patients with chronic knee osteoarthritis.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019, 120 cases of elderly patients with chronic knee osteoarthritis who were treated in Ningbo Traditional Chinese Hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group with 60 cases each. The control group was given routine functional exercise, while the experimental group was given Baduanjin exercise. Three months later, isokinetic muscle strength (including peak torque and average power) of quadriceps femora was compared before and after exercise. After exercise, the motor ability was measured by the simple Fugl-Meyer motor function rating scale (FM), and the self-management efficacy was assessed by the general self-efficacy scale (GSES).Results:A total of 11 cases were lost in 120 patients, and 54 cases were included in the control group and 55 cases in the experimental group.After exercise, the peak torque and average power of quadriceps femoris in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group [(75.5±5.4) n vs.(68.9±5.6) N·m, (73.9±2.0) n vs. (68.3±4.4) W], and the scores of part of lower limbsin the FM and GSEs were also significantly higher than those in the control group [(24.3±2.9) n vs. (22.1±2.6) points, (3.1±0.4) n vs. (2.7±0.4) points] (all n P<0.001).n Conclusion:Baduanjin functional exercise can improve the motor ability and self-management of elderly patients with chronic knee osteoarthritis.
