According to the forecast of experts in Japan, the 21st century optical imaging detectors have the following trends: (1) The battlefield surveillance unmanned aerial vehicle imaging detector will become an indispensable device for collecting real-time intelligence in battlefields and areas of conflict; 2) CCD camera sensitivity from the current 3 ~ 5lx increased to 1lx the following; (3) the use of semiconductor transistors imaging detector and control with the micro
