针对0Cr18Ni9不锈钢,采用3种不同的焊接工艺方法,选取合适焊接工艺参数,制备3组完整的焊接接头。通过X荧光光谱化学成分分析和盐雾腐蚀试验,研究了不同焊接方法下0Cr18Ni9不锈钢焊缝金属的腐蚀性能。结果表明,不同焊接方法下焊缝合金成分差异较大、且分布不均;腐蚀过程中以点蚀为主,主要发生在焊缝的贫Cr区;TIG-TIG焊缝区腐蚀程度相对较轻。
For 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel, using three different welding methods, select the appropriate welding process parameters, the preparation of three complete sets of welded joints. The corrosion behavior of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel weld metal with different welding methods was studied by X-ray fluorescence spectrochemical analysis and salt spray corrosion test. The results show that the weld alloy has different compositions and different distributions under different welding methods. The main pitting corrosion occurs mainly in the lean zone of the weld, and the corrosion of the TIG-TIG weld zone is relatively light .
