一、封口胶泥的自制与使用在运用焦性没食子酸法和生物厌氧法进行厌氧细菌培养时,最后需将平皿缝隙严格密封,否则达不到厌氧之目的。笔者曾经试用固体石腊和凡士林热融后封口,发现冷后容易干裂,脱落,使用焦性没食子酸法时,有时会从封好的缝隙中有水溢出;本人尚试验用热融后的琼脂封口,虽容易严密,但经培养后在封好的缝隙有气泡出现,这些均影响培养效果。本人通过试验和摸索、自制出一种封口胶泥,使用效果尚好,介绍如下。成分:液体石腊 8ml,凡士林油 8g,固体石腊10g,粗白陶土 60g。制法:将液体石腊,凡士林油及固体石腊放入一铁制器皿中(如罐头盒等),加热融化,然后加入粗白陶土,不断用玻棒搅动均匀即成。用时在火上加热,用滴管加在接种好的平皿缝隙中。此胶泥质地柔软,不易脱落、开裂,封口严密不漏气。培养结束开
