圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮是一种新型齿轮,是当前对圆柱齿轮齿线研究的最新成果。本文从轮齿的形成、齿廓曲线和齿曲面特征、轮齿的齿厚以及模数、压力角等四个方面介绍这种新型齿轮的尺寸设计原则和方法。同时,结合齿轮的实际加工过程分析这种齿轮的若干显著特点。 Circular arc gear cylindrical gear is a new type of gear, is the latest research on the cylindrical gear tooth line the latest results.
