随着旅游市场的不断发展与成熟,以质量为核心的旅游产品竞争越来越激烈。提高景区旅游产品质量管理有利于提高景区竞争力,满足游客对旅游产品多样化的需求。本文以蓟州盘山景区为研究对象,根据蓟州盘山景区旅游产品的特征和现状,在查阅相关资料基础上利用SPSS统计分析软件对蓟县盘山景区问卷调研进行了实证分析,找出了蓟县盘山景区旅游产品质量管理存在的问题,提出了相应的改进措施。
With the continuous development and maturity of the tourism market, the competition of quality-centered tourism products is becoming more and more fierce. Improve the quality of tourism product quality management is conducive to enhancing the competitiveness of scenic spots to meet the tourist demand for the diversification of tourism products.
