本文介绍了一种高频大幅度运动可控人造信标的产生方法与装置。利用经扩束与聚焦的Ar+激光照射到远处的玻璃微珠上,通过压电陶瓷驱动的快速倾斜镜的控制使激光束在玻璃微珠上快速扫描运动,以其后向反射光作为信标光。该方法可为光学跟踪设备提供可控的运动信标。
This article describes a method and apparatus for generating a controllable artificial beacon with high frequency and large amplitude.
