首次以固载杂多酸盐TiSiW12O40/TiO2为多相催化剂,通过正丁酸和正戊醇反应合成了丁酸正戊酯,并探讨了诸因素对酯化率的影响。实验表明:TiSiW12O40/TiO2具有良好的催化活性,醇酸物质的量比为1.3:1,催化剂用量为反应物料总量的1.5%,反应时间1.0h,反应温度125-135℃,酯化率可达98.9%。
The solid-supported heteropoly acid salt TiSiW12O40 / TiO2 was used as heterogeneous catalyst for the first time to synthesize n-amyl butyrate by reaction of n-butyric acid and n-pentyl alcohol. The effects of various factors on the esterification rate were also discussed. The experiments show that TiSiW12O40 / TiO2 has a good catalytic activity, the ratio of alkyd material is 1.3: 1, the amount of catalyst is 1.5% of the total amount of reaction material, the reaction time is 1.0h, the reaction temperature is 125-135 ℃ and the esterification rate is Up to 98.9%.
