目的:研究雌性大鼠下丘脑腹内侧核(VMH)神经元内雌激素受体(ER)的分布。方法:使用胶体金-辣根过氧化物酶-雌二醇(CG-HRP-E2)标记技术及电子显微镜技术。结果:电镜下观察,胶体金颗粒在VMH神经元内分布广泛。在细胞核中密度最大,且大部附于染色质上。在细胞浆中密度较小,主要存在于核周,粗面内质网及线粒体中,在树突和轴突未端也有发现。结论:雌性大鼠的VMH为ER富集区。ER不仅存在于细胞核内,也存在于细胞质内
AIM: To study the distribution of estrogen receptor (ER) in the hypothalamic ventromedial nucleus (VMH) neurons in female rats. METHODS: Colloidal gold-horseradish peroxidase-estradiol (CG-HRP-E2) labeling technique and electron microscopy were used. Results: Under electron microscope, colloidal gold particles were widely distributed in VMH neurons. The largest density in the nucleus, and most attached to the chromatin. In the cytoplasm of the smaller density, mainly in the perinuclear, rough endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria, also found in the dendrites and axons. Conclusion: The VMH in female rats is an ER-rich region. ER is not only present in the nucleus, but also in the cytoplasm
